Ingredients List
- L-Citrulline Malate 2:1 – L-Citrulline is an amino acid. But unlike some amino acids, L-Citrulline is not used to make protein.
- Beta Alanine is a non-essential amino acid – non-essential amino acids can be made by the body, so they don’t have to be provided by food.
- L-Tyrosine – Tyrosine is again an amino acid, and are the building blocks of protein. Tyrosine can also be found in dairy products, meats, fish, eggs, nuts, beans, oats and wheat.
- Caffeine (from Coffee arabica [Bean]Extract) – Black Gold
- L-Theanine (as TheaKalm) (from Camellia sinensis [Lead] Extract) – L-theanine is an amino acid found most commonly in tea leaves and in small amounts in Bay Bolete mushrooms.

I wasn’t 100% sure in purchasing this product because I didn’t see too many reviews from men…but after reading the ingredients and my wife talking me into it, I purchased. Very glad I did, one of the better pre-workouts I’ve had. Gives you great energy and good pump, tingles aren’t too crazy that your skin is crawling.
