I must say, I was skeptical. Always a pre work and coffee guy. Never together, so when I saw this I had to try it. Let me tell you this is a game changer. It hits so much harder. I even drink it with decaf sometimes and it still hits hard. I feel like the blood flow is so much better which means my pumps are insane.
