    I am a competitive swimmer, this has changed the way I swim as far as endurance and recovery is concerned. This product creates lean muscle mass with no bloating or side effects. My muscles seem much leaner and stronger because I can last that much longer and my recovery is shorter.

    More than just creatine ! The glycerol increases the pumps like crazy. I’m using the unflavored with my preworkout and protein but I’ve tried several flavored samples packs that were put in my last order there all pretty good.

Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 6-10oz of cold water or juice 30 minutes prior to training or immediately after training.
