I have Fibromyalgia and take calcium for proper muscle contraction and nerve function. Calcium and magnesium are also involved in muscle contractions and nerve impulses. Much of the pain of Fibro comes from muscle spasms and contractions which cause severe nerve pain. Zinc is a great addition as well.
