    I have been experiencing lots of numbness and tingling in my hands in feet at random times. I thought it was because I sit at my job a lot. I started to stand more. Turns out I had a calcium deficiency. I bought this in hopes that it would help. Sure enough, I am not have those feelings anymore. Its been 6 months and I haven’t missed a pill.
