    A great complete shake. It is truly a meal replacement and it tastes great! Since I have been drinking these shakes, I have lost about 8 lbs in 6 weeks. I get a decent amount of energy also.

    Satisfies cravings. High in fiber and you don’t even taste all the greens and veggies ! Strawberry is my favorite. I’ve lost 36 lbs in 6 weeks with only moderate cardio and light resistance training 4 days per week 45 mins per session. I replace 2 out of my 3 meals per day so try lean 1 and I duck the lean 1 burn extreme with it.
