I was hesitant about this product at first as so many cleanses seem to just be gimmick products that have you running to the bathroom. The taste surprisingly very good. I noticed my mid section expelled a good bit of bloat I had been carrying around and over all more energy days following after I used it. I will be using this 1-2 times a month.
